This year’s edition of the EWO will be directed by club president Craig Moore and held the last weekend of September. This is Spokane’s Premier Autumn weekend tournament, which has been held annually for more than 40 years! The 2026 edition will again be held at West Central Abbey – a 5-Round Swiss System Tournament, G/90;d5. Register & pay online; check-in before 9:40 am. Players not checked in by 9:40 will not be paired in Round 1. Rounds on 9/26 at 10 am, 2 pm and 6 pm. Rounds on 9/27 at 8:30 am and 12 noon. Based on 30 players: Overall Prizes of 1st – $200, 2nd – $150, 3rd – $100; Class Prize pool of up to $450; 2 Upset Prizes of $30 each (in addition to other cash prize awarded, if any). Class prizes will be announced before Round 2.
