The annual Turkey Quads kicked off November 5 with 14 players — two traditional quads and a six player mini-Swiss. The only upset of the night occurred in the mini-Swiss where Jim Burney claimed a 300 point upset victory. While the higher seed held won the other games, several were decided only in the final moments of time control.
